Terms of service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

In short: we sell NFC review stands. They make it easier for customers to reach your review page, but we can't promise any number of reviews or rankings. You're responsible for using them in line with Google's rules. Our refund and shipping policies are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

This website and store are run by TapReview. Contact: tap2reviewsupport@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The product

  • Each TapReview stand has a rewritable NFC chip and a printed QR code. You set your own link (for example, your Google review page): the QR code in a free account on nfckin.com, the manufacturer's site, and the NFC chip with a free NFC writer app.
  • The printed QR code opens your link through nfckin.com, a redirect service run by the stand's manufacturer. That service is outside our control. If it changes or stops working, the QR code may stop opening your page, but you can still write your link straight onto the NFC chip.
  • They work with most phones that have NFC switched on, including iPhone XS and newer. Some phones, cases and settings may stop a phone from reading the chip. Phones without NFC can scan the printed QR code.
  • Photos are for illustration. Colors and print may vary slightly.

3. No guaranteed results

TapReview makes leaving a review easier. It doesn't guarantee any number of reviews, star ratings, search rankings or business results.

4. Using it responsibly

You are responsible for how you use the product and the link you put on it. You agree not to use TapReview to:

  • Offer rewards, discounts or anything of value in exchange for reviews
  • Ask only happy customers for reviews, or discourage negative ones
  • Post or ask for fake reviews
  • Link to anything illegal, harmful or misleading

These practices break Google's review policies and consumer protection laws, and can get your business listing penalized.

5. Orders and prices

  • Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong. If we do, we refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout, which is provided by Shopify and its payment providers.

7. Shipping, refunds and cancellations

See our shipping policy and refund policy, which are part of these terms. They include our 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Warranty

If a product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it or refund you as set out in the refund policy. Beyond that, and except for any rights you have by law that can't be excluded, the product is provided as is.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost reviews. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The website's text, design and code belong to us or our licensors. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. TapReview is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts in Israel. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one on this page when you placed it.
